- Men = 298 and up game, 800 and up series
- Women = 275 and up game, 700 and up series
- Junior = 275 and up game, 700 and up series

* We are using the "honor system" when posting scores on the web site. Scores submitted may be subject to verification by the Pro Shop which drilled your ball.

When you have completed this form, click on the Send Form button to e-mail your Honor Roll data to the Webmaster. Scores are generally posted on the Honor Roll in one week or less.
